Hula Hoop workshop

Hula Hoop is a well known toy that spins around the waist, neck, arms and legs and also flies well through the air!

Hula Hoop is an activity that improves the motor skills, strengthens the muscles of the body, quickly burns calories so it removes those couple of extra kilograms and undoubtedly entertains.

Half an hour of intense Hula Hooping can burn up to 400 calories which is as much as an hour of running. Through the workshop you will learn how to spin and control the Hoop, navigate through the space by using various tricks and techniques. By spinning the Hula Hoop you will strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, improve balance, posture and movement. Hula Hoop will bring a smile on the faces of both the younger and the older generations, make them more skilled, bring them in a better shape and fill their energy. "I started to Hoop out of curiosity.

I tried and I couldn't get it but in my mind the possibility that I cannot do it simply didn't exist. So I came to the first workshop that was led by Marko...at first it didn't go so well for me, but now, after a few months, the Hula Hoop is spinning around all parts of my body.

Hooping is for me pure joy. I spin it whenever I can. Those are my five minutes. I especially recommend it for those times when you feel unhappy because after spinning it, especially with some nice music to dance to, there is no chance that the sun will not shine on you after that."
